Ingredients: Cuur ingredients include green tea, coleus forskohlii, betula alba, and yerba mate.

Effectiveness: There’s nothing Swedish about this formula. In fact, green tea would be considered more Chinese than anything else. All in all, you can find these ingredients in just about any other formula, and they only work in higher amounts and yerba mate only with damiana and guarana. In short, there is no way that it could work.
