Cortislim was created by Dr Shawn Talbot, and since its formulation, they have claimed that it would reduce stress, reduce excess cortisol levels, and specifically target belly fat. They have now changed it to focus on the “cortislim lifestyle” essentially speaking since they were sued by the FTC for unsubstantiated claims considering cortisol buildup is a medical condition.
Ingredients: Cortislim ingredients include vitamin C, calcium, chromium, magnolia bark, beta sitosterol, theanine, green tea extract, bitter orange peel extract, banaba leaf, and vanadium.
Effectiveness: If they had a larger amount of green tea, you might actually see weight loss, even though the very presence of green tea contradicts their claim about promoting general stress relief among other things. But they don’t use that amount, and none of the other ingredients work for weight loss.
Side effects: Because of the caffeine, Cortislim may cause irregular heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, headache, nausea, insomnia, mood swings, cramping, constipation, diarrhea, tension, anxiety, and high blood pressure.
