5 Factor Diet

The 5 Factor diet is not a supplement, but a book centered around the number 5. It was created by an industry expert and basically breaks everything down into 5′s partially to make everything simple to some degree, and moreover, the preparation in general should be extremely easy, even for those with a busy schedule.

Ingredients: 5 meals per day, 5 ingredients in each meal, 5 minutes to prepare, 5 exercises, 5 minutes per exercise for a total of 25 minutes exercise per day.

Effectiveness: when you break everything down to these small proportions, yes, you could definitely see results, especially because you get the greatest results in your first 30 minutes of your workout. It is highly simple and could fit into a daily lifestyle. However, the problem is that most people don’t actually follow it forever. They use it for the recommended 5 weeks, and then they stop and some go back to their same old ways. In addition, most could figure this diet out for themselves without paying.
